Based on a series of requests from state coalitions, we have designed an application to be used with individuals interested in pursuing homeownership. This form was designed after reviewing numerous applications from Alliance states. Please feel free to use this form to gather initial information necessary to assist individuals in the process of homeownership.
We suggest an application process that includes face-to-face interviews. Experience has shown that face-to-face interviews with people who need assistance in filling out applications is the most effective way to obtain the information needed to include these individuals in the homeownership process.
