The Community Living Partnership: National Technical Assistance Center
is a three-year grant funded by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in October 2004, to provide technical assistance with issues relating to system change in Community Living. The Technical Assistance Grant was awarded to The Independent Living Research Utilization (ILRU) in Texas. CHANCE is partnering with ILRU to manage, coordinate, and provide technical assistance to the eight states that received grants in October 2004 under the Integrating Long Term Supports with Affordable Housing category.
