The New Hampshire Home of Your Own demonstration project was designed to develop, implement, evaluate and disseminate an approach to assist individuals with disabilities to secure their own homes and be fully included in their communities. The final report, submitted to the U.S. Administration on Developmental Disabilities, provides an overview and summary of the demonstration project conducted in New Hampshire from September1, 1991 to August 31, 1994.
